Our Coolum Campus features a variety of multi-functional air-conditioned venues and sporting areas just 3 kms from the Coolum Motorway roundabout.

Please note that some of our campus facilities have permanent ongoing bookings, therefore some dates and times are unavailable.  It is also mandatory that any persons or organisations that wish to hire the facilities possess a minimum of $10-20 million Public Liability Insurance cover.

Procedure to Apply for a Booking

1. Read the CCF Venue Conditions of Hire.  Please note that facility hire will incur security bond and cleaning fees.
2. Complete our Venue Hire Application Form and return it to us.  Our staff  will respond to your email within three working days of the receipt of your application.
3. If your application is successful,  to accept the booking,  you will need to sign the Letter of Agreement and pay the non refundable deposit fee.
4. The full fees must be paid 4 weeks prior to the booking date.

Should you need to cancel the booking, the terms of the Refund Policy will apply.
